YOUTH CLIMATE CORPS

JOIN OUR HANDS-ON PAID SUMMER INTERNSHIP!

The San Jose Conservation Corps and Santa Clara County Youth Climate Initiative are offering an exciting paid internship for high school students passionate about making a difference in the environment!

Earn $19 an hour!

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Gain hands-on experience in climate action and environmental stewardship.

  • Contribute to real-world environmental projects alongside organizations dedicated to green careers.

  • Participate in environmental education to explore California’s unique ecology and natural communities.

  • Collaborate with other environmentally-focused students in a supportive and inspiring group setting.

PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY

  • High school students aged 16-17 attending school in Santa Clara County

  • Interest in environmental studies

  • Minimum 2.0 GPA

  • Must have a valid work permit
